Twirler for a DAY
Join us on Saturday November 11th!
The HU Dazzlin Diamonds is excited to host Twirler Day as we face off against NC Central on November 11th at 3:30 pm. Perform with collegiate twirlers during our halftime show! Everyone must purchase a ticket to enter the game. You can purchase your ticket through our registration form below.
Important Information
Schedule
- Report to Blackburn University Center Basement at 8:30 a.m. for check-in.
- 9 a.m. to noon will be the clinic.
- Noon to 1 p.m. is lunch.
- You will have from 1 p.m to 3 p.m. to get ready and take pictures.
- 3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. warm up with the Dazzlin Diamonds.
What should I pack for my twirler?
- Water bottle
- Snacks
- Towel
- Costume for performance
- Sneakers/ twirling shoes for clinic
- Makeup and hair supplies
- Jazz shoes or cougars for performance
FAQs
Any requirements for hair and makeup?
Your hair should be up and out of your face for the clinic. A ponytail or bun is preferred. We recommend that you wear the same make-up you would for any performance or competition. You do not need to put on makeup until after lunch.
I just started to twirl, am I able to participate?
Yes! Twirler Day is for all levels. Please check out our Instagram and YouTube for skill tutorials.
